Change Activity ID

To add on activity after the baseline done is quite tedious process especially with activitity ID.

Anyone can advise on how to change activity ID fastest way? Is it possible to use export & import function to excel?

Adding a new activity should not be a problem, unless you are using a sequential scheme that increments each activity by one.  I usually will number my activities incrementing by 10, then if I have to add something additional, I will slip in a +5 activity number, or +2 or ? (i.e. C-10-1400, C-10-1410, slip in C-10-1405)

It sounds as though you have a requirement that I've seen in some scheduling specifications that suggests you don't renumber any approved activities or delete and re-use the number.  Another trick I've used when I need to split an existing activity is to copy and paste the activity, and then use the same activity number on the new activitiy, but append a decimal. So, sorted by activity number I'll see C-10-1400 and right after C-10-1400.01.

I would suggest using a gloabl change to do it. What do you want to do  ? Change form what to what  ?
