Dears,
I have a issue while assigning the current schedule as baseline which has actuals already.
I have already changed the Planned Start=Start and Planned Finish=Finish.It works fine for Non started and Completed Activities.
But for all in progress activities i have an issue.Schedule % is not matching with the performance %. Could any one suggest solution on this regards please.
Not Activity % completion type is :Physical % Completion
run a global change
where physical % complete is greather than 0
then duration % complete = physcial % complete
