I developed a schedule from Jobcard, inputted the Resources and Manhours of each activities into the P6 with a daily Work productive time of 8hrs /day and 7day work week . What am looking for, is there a way the duration will automatically come up based on the information I have provided?

yes make sure that the duration TYPE is FIXED UNITS/TIME
this way when the budgeted manhours change the durations will change.

In case of P6, its not possible , but if you want automatic duration comes then you will try to make a project in Microsoft project and save baseline and update automatically come when you'll putting actual time.
