I have an LOE activity with SS and FF relationship to a set of activities.
There were delays in the activities and the orignal and at completion is now different for the activities as well as the LOE activity now.
The activity % complete is less that Scheduel % complete which is exptected.
But now the current dates have been accepted as new baseline. But even if I save the current project as the baseline, the activity % complete and Schedule % complete are showing different value, for LOE as well as its predecssor activities. Can I fix it?
I want to use the LOE for summary activitiy for reporting and the difference between A%C and S%C as delay in in a group of activities.

Actually the original schedule is saved as customer siign off baseline. But the project is now delayed with respect to the original schedule.
The current schedule with the progress and dates updated as of yesterday has been agreed as the new timelines. But even if I save the current schedule as baseline and assign it, the activity % complete and schedule % complete is giving different value. Schedue % shows more.
Also, I am not doing any EV reporting, does earn value setting going to have an impact on A%C and S%C?
do you have the original schedule prior to progress if so set THIS as the baseline.
under admin preferences then the Earned Value Tab what is your setting for Earned Value Calculation ? Are you using baseline values with current dates ?
