Cost report row size

Hi all,

I am new here, and new to P6. I am trying to print out a cost report under the resource assignments view that displays 3 rows for each activity: budgeted cost, actual cost, at completion cost. I have the layout setup exactly how I want it, and looks perfect, but in print preview and when I print it, it does NOT cram those 3 rows in each activity. Instead what is happening is it shows all my activities, but only one cost per row. Even worse, it bleeds down the cost rows into the wrong activity. Below is a snip of what I am talking about. How can I get it to cram all 3 into each activity? I have literally spent 3 hours trying fix this with different layouts and options and it is driving me crazy! Help! Thank you!!

Thanks for the reply! I tried both, neither is working. I have a lot of activites, they are not able to fit on one page. Even at 50% now, it is 9 pages..

Hi Ryan Dean,

Open the print preview and try the following.

1. use landscape instead of potrait.

2. Reduce the size to 50% and fit in one page, then print.
