Hi,
I am importing an updated schedule into our EPS and since the last update, I am not getting any Resource Id's. Budgeted Hours are fine, just no res. id's.
Always importing as a new project, and previously did not have this issue. Contractor has provided export in v7.0 and 8.3 to no avale. Even the large full export has not worked. Have tried multiple options in the import layout.
Feel like I am missing something silly here!

it could be that you do not have the rights to do import NEW resouces so check that.
also
during the importing process when you get to the Update Import Oprions and select modfiy and in the second secion under DATA TYPE Global: Make sure that under the Resources that the action says INSERT NEW
