quick question about copy and paste

Quick question as I don't have Primavera I can't answer a simple question:  Can you copy and paste a simple table showing the items below out of Primavera and into Excel?

Many thanks

I am not sure about ASTA but you would have to import the excel file into P6

Is Mike not saying that you can copy paste from excel back into Asta? You can't do this in P6.

Hi Mike,

Wow I can see how that feature would be VERY useful. P6 needs to gain this function!

Hi Robert. Yes the columns in Asta are a spreadsheet fully compatible with Excel or Lotus. It makes data entry a doddle. A full progress update in seconds.

Yes exporting is fine. Sorry, I thought Mike was referring purely to copy and paste. I may have been wrong.

Hi Mike,

Sadly no; the best you can do is to copy a single value into say, the activity name field. You cannot paste information in a table format. Is is possible in ASTA?
