Dear Experts
Project Scenario - 80% Planned duration surpassed , contractor providing further structural design changes to Sub-contract(**MEP) with existing delay events from contractor i.e ( late civil clearance, civil rework impact and pending approval for delivarables)
Please advise which is the better Delay claim methodology to implement in this type of scenario : As planned + As impacted OR as-built vs as impacted OR Window analysis ( P6 : Approved Baseline or Recovery programme (-) total set of delay events impacting = total duration required to complete overall project)
**Note : My client is MEP subcontractor

Hi Ajay
How complete are your as built records?
How responsive is the baseline programme?
What are your contract terms?
These are just a few of the things that need to be considered when selecting a dely analysis method.
The one method that works when there is no critical path and only rudimentary as built data is the Projected As Built method.
A demonstration is available for download from my website - www.expertdelayanalysis.com - for £35.00.
