Primavera P6 Four Week Schedule Look Ahead

We've been asked this a few times, so here's how to do a 4 week schedule look ahead in Primavera P6 http://ow.ly/hLxk300kbrz

Farid that is NOT easier you have to do this everytime the other day is a rolling 4 week layout that uses whatever the data date is plus 4 weeks no highlighting nothing

there is a much easier way to extract any look ahead schedule from your schedule

 

lets say the client asked you to prepared XX days look ahead.

  1. click Project Spotlight,   
  2. then adjust the yellow highlighted range as you want, 
  3. then clikc filter 
  4. in the buttom of the window, select highlight activities in current layout with match criteria
  5. you are done
