I am using P6 R8.4 web
Since last two days I am upset that I am not able to see my projects. Even I am not able to create new projects.
Please check the snap shot.
When I asked the IT help desk they told its admin problem. and when i contacted admin he is denying. I think I dont have administrative previlages. But I dont have any evidence as well.

check your security profile make sure you have the proper rights
If it's not a filter issue so it has to be something wrong with your privileges. Send this screenshot to admin and add in comment that the project in top menu is disabled.
It is already off. I checked. There might be some other reason. Thanks a lot for your reply. is there any other reason ? I already checked filter, group and sort but everything is ok. Even I am not able to create any new project in any of the EPS. Only resources are visible.

you have turned on All EPS Elements filter, just turn it off.
