I am in big problem.
i my project is in initial stage.
i have Finished linking but when i run schedule ,Latest Early Finish Date pushed one month behind.Plz help me out.
Planned start is 2march 2016 and finish is 29march 2018
after inserting current data date in schedule as 2march 2016 my finish is 13 feb 2018.
what should i do?
1st I think you have the dates backwards in your post the finsh should be 13 Feb 2018 after calculations the finish date is now 29 March 2018 which means that it has pushed out 1 month.
you have 5 options
option #1
filter for the critical path and reduce durations of activites on the critical path do this one activity at a time then recalcuate the schedule after each duration reduction becasue the path may change. So run the filter, reduce a duraton, f9, run the filter, reduce duration, f9 repeat until you get back to 13 Feb 2018
Option #2
filter for the critical path and change the logic where you can from FS to SS with a lag do this one activity at a time then recalcuate the schedule after each logic change becasue the path may change repeat until you get back to 13 Feb 2018
Option #3
is a combination of options #1 and #2 do both of them
Option #4
accept the completion date of 29 march 2018 and change the project must finish by date.
Option #5
Start the project on Feb 2 2016

How did you arrive at 29-Mar-18 before time analysis? Is this a mandatory finish date?
