in my upadated programm some activities are without predecessor,Sucecesssors and some activities are out of sequence,but baselene programm is Correct.so is there any problem comes or not.

yes this is big problem. If the all of the activites in the baseline had predecessor and successors then the updated schedule should also have predecessor and successors unless you delete some activities. Make sure that every activity has a predecessor and every activity has a succcessor. Alos if you have out of sequence logic correct it with the proper predecessor and or successor.
