Can anybody tell me how to run a forensic analysis report for comparing my Earlier Baseline with the revised baseline. Our Project consultant has made this report and sent to me to show the changes made on the program. The report was exported to Excel format.

Thank you for your reply, I have generated the comparison report using Claim Digger. But this comparison is showing for total float, Critcal path activites, free float and material cost etc. Whereas my schedule was compared for Added and Removed activities, modified relationships etc. The header of this generated report is showing as Acumen Fuse Forensic Analysis Report. Is it a new project management tool to compare the schedules??
select tools claim digger here you can select two projects and compare them against each other and you can save the file as a csv type of file and open this in excel.
