Dear All, I want to perform a delay analysis using Impacted as Planned method, but my problem is which programme should I'm going to use?Contractor agreed and submitted a recovery programme and we have approved it.Since we are facing a number of 10 concurrent delays, I want to use the simplest form of delay analysis which is impacted as planned method. But how can i do that if we have 2 Programmes? We are using P6 on our project. Many thanks!

Hi Dimple - welcome to planning planet.

It depends when your events start.

If the problems occurred before the revised programme then you should start the analysis from the baseline programme.

If not then you can use the revised programme.

I am assuming that you will be using this for some sort of negotiation because your selected method will not pass investigation by a tribunal.

Best regards
