#7 can be via a histogram if you set your max limit
the other way to do it is to export the histogram or the curve to excel and add the current available manpower that you currently have availabe into the excel graph.
Zoltan: Nice list. How is #7 developed? I assume it is more than just the resource spreadsheet. Thanks.
You need to tailor your reports to your audience.
1. Since this is management then an overall summary schedule would be beneficial.
2. A critical path schedule (only showing critical activites) would be beneficial.
3. A near term critical path schedule (only showing critical activites and NEAR criitcal) would be beneficial to be used to plan against.
4. An schedule exception report only items behind schedule.
5. A cost exception report only items over budget.
6. A cash flow curve
7. Current available vs current anticipated manpower histogram
8. Overall schedule that compaires baseline vs current schedule
9. Schedule that is filtered for additional work only.
10. A Monthly schedule narrative
