Im new into P6 and have issues linking construction activities for villa project....the company is aware of my status and has given me a grace of two month...any video reccommendation with focus on constuction activity sequence and relationships.

the superintendent or whom ever is actually in charge of the direct labor should be able to sit down with you and explain the scope of the work as well as the sequence of the work and the duration for each activity. What is nice about villas is once you have create one the rest are mere duplicates of the 1st one.
There are various reports that can be presented. The most typical one is the classic schedule layout which is sorted by he start date and gives the waterfall effect.
