Dear All,

What will be the effect of  updating an out of sequnce activity in a Baseline programme (Cost loaded) in a Villa Project.

Planned dates of that activity falls in the month of May, but actvity completed in the schedule period. (Schedule % is 0, Activity % is 100).

How will it affect the Performance %  ?. Settings for EV calculations are as follows.

1. Performance % equal to Activity %

2. ETC is equal to remaining cost.

3. Budgeted values with current dates.

4. Progress override

Best Regards,

Sunil.

the budgeted units wil be updated if you have Recalcuate actual units and costs whne duration % complete changes. This is in the calculations tab.

The actual cost have to be updated manually but the units wil be updated

Dear Experts,

After updating the Baseline , Actual budget cost of  many of the activities  not displaying.( Activities which are having schedule percentage - 0% but activity percentage -100%) . Why it is happening.? Actualy those activities 100% completed during the schedule period.

This is affecting the EV calculations.

Your reply will be highly appreciable.

Beast Regards,

Sunil.
