original duration become zero

hi guys

After entering budgeted cost value to an activity, original duration shall become zero.whats the problem?

make sure that your project is open

go to the projects directory

make sure that your project is highlighted

select view show on bottom

click on the defaults tab

for the duration type change it to Fixed Durations & Units

go back to the activities directory

filter for ALL activities

add a column for duration tpye

on the top activity in the duration type column double click and select Fixed Durations & Units

no do a fill down for the rest of the activities

this should solve your problem
