Check the filter. If your view shows only current activities with 0% or % in progress, try to use All Activities filter.

If not, go to organize and remove all the setup under Activity Data Item / WBS and view the schedule as a Classic Schedule Layout. Once completed, you can view the 100% completed activities.

Refresh the schedule and define the Activity Data Item / WBS again. You shall be able to view the activities again

Hi guys,

instead of giving bull, give a direct answer, Joshi, you need to input the actual dares, this is important in terns of history abd if you are a learner, record history

Joshi

Have you got corrected copy of your schedule which I sent u on 22/3/2005, confirm me.

The error in your programmes was only that your assigned successor and predecssor to one activity was incorrect. That is the reason the loop was showing in your programme.

Now, its Ok and workable.

If you are using P3, certainly ES & EF vanished once it is done (100%). I suggest you to format your actual progress bar to see it in bar area after giving progress. I guess in actual bar format you did not tick to show it? If you want to see ES & ES finish bar save as target before updating.

Are you sure your time scale is set up in a manner that allows you to see the dates you are entering? Try scrolling the timescale graph. Again it may depend upon the scheduling tool. But this sounds like something that can be remedied easily with a little more information.

Good Luck!
