SCHEDULE HEALTH-CHECK

Hi Folks,

 

Doesn any one know how to run schedule health-check after updating schedule for %complete/atcual cost on a weekly basis in EPC and FEED?

The (DCMA) Defense Contract Management Agency has a guide line that they have called a DCMA 14 Point Schedule Assessment. This 14 point check  is used to determing the overall quality and performance of the cpm schedule.

There is also a free add on tool for excel called xertool kit. This uses and existing xer file to help gather the stastics to perform the elements of the 14 point assessment. Here is the link
