Dear Planners,
I created a new calendar different from the standard calendar and I would like this calendar to be assigned to my project, in order to do that, in the project information window I changed the calendar from standard to the calendar I already created.
But, when I added a task calendar column in the gantt chart view, I got "None" under the task calendar, so I have to change it manually.

Thanks Alexandre for this info, it is strange that the project calendar name is not mentioned in the task calendar column.

"None" means that the task is using the project calendar; it is not necessary to assign the project calendar to tasks, except if you want the task calendar to manage a resource loaded task, instead of the resource calendar
