I have Created A programme in p6, resource is also loaded. some of the resources overloaded. i can see that in resourse usage profile. but i tried to level the resource using resource levelling wizard, but its not working. after resource levelling max unit per time should increase to accomodate the overallocated resource, but it not happening in my case. i have been trying to solve this from past two days plz help me.......

Check the duration type, It should not be Fixed duration one

Efficient resource leveling is not easy. If resources are overloaded, then you have not many options. The first one is to allow the end date of the project to move to allow the resources to be leveled. The second option is to increase the number of resources in the resource availability. There are many options to level the resources but these are not easy and require fundamental knowledge of scheduling.
