Cost Allocation

Hi Eveyone

Can someone please help me, I assigned costs to a programme which basically is to sit back to back with an estimate. The prgramme consists of 5 LoE activities running from 02 Jan 2014 to 31 March 2014. However when I produced the stacked histogram and cost report it had apportioned some cost to December 2013; Why is my question. Also the costs have been allocated to the Monday of each week instead of being spread linearly any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Rob,

You might have to check "Resource Curve" for LOE tasks, alternatively run a global change

Hi Robert,

I think you have to break down the cost to each deliverables,i suspect you only inputed Original Budget cost.There is no way the cost can be spread linearly if you never break it down to the level of your WBS.
