Dear All,
For those experience planners, is it possible for 1 electrician + labor / floor to work on residential bldg?
I am working on rough estimate of manhours on site.
Thanks PP members

Hi,
I would like to prefer the Electrical works to be divided to 1st, 2nd & Final Fix.
for 1st Fix (Embedded items in the slab)-2 Electricians and 4 Helpers
for 2nd Fix(Embedded items in walls and fixtures)-3 Electricians and 6 Helpers
for Final Fix -1 Electrician and 2 Helpers
Always consider 2 Helpers with 1 Electrician.

You need to consider the number of residential units on each floor.
for a simple approximation for a 2bed unit I would allow 2man day to 1st Fix (conduit & wiring prior to plaster), 1 man day 2nd fix fittings & db, 1 man day Final fix, 1 man day test & commission.
Hi there!
Of course it would be, it all depends what they needed to install, how they would do the work, and how much time they'd have to do it...
