Dear All,
I am faced with a problem.
I have created a programs and have given the cost for each activity as a Resource "Cost". The cost values was given in "Budget cost" column. It was all fine when I did the programs and the "Budgeted Total Cost" was also showing.
The problem was when scheduling. While scheduling all values to cost goes to zero. Why is this happening?
Pls help..
You must have set up your project with some auto-calculation options.
1) Check under "Project" ---> Calculations
2) Check "Schedule" ----> Options --->"Recalculate Assignment Costs after Scheduling"
How did u assign the costs, by the way?
