Hello,
I have a master schedule and a Variation schedule in p6. I need to add the variation to the end of the master schedule to create one schedule.
How can i achieve this.

...bit if you do want to merge them:
Open both projects, Go to Project menu>WBS, highlight the top-level WBS of the variation programme, copy, and paste into the relevant WBS element of the master schedule.
Pay attention to the options presented about what you copy across, and what you don't.

The smart money doesn't merge the projects
With them both open, y0u can create the necessary relationships between the two sets of activities.
With them both open, you can schedule them together.
With just the original plan open, and the Schedule Option "Ignore relationships to and from other projects" chosen - you can always see how the original scope would have ended.
