What are the disadvantage from increasing the resourse limit to avoid showing resourse overallocation in the schedule?

Hi Hasan
I understand that you would like to increase the resource limits because the display of over allocation is in some way bothering you.
Why are you having resources limits in you schedule? If you are not fully resourcing you schedules and if you are not levelling the resources then i suggest that you delete this form your schedules.
But if you use this functionality to allocate the available resources across projects whom are running at the same time then this is a powerful tool to use.
To answer your question, overallocation is not advisable because proper resource levelling is not possible.

the answer is in your question really, by increasing the limit to avoid showing your current over alloaction will probley result in your activities not being carried out to the finish date you have planned, this will also result in the rise of allocated hours on each update.
