How to copy activities from existing project to new project, this was done easily in P3.

Select the project that you want to copy, paste it in the EPS that you desire. Primavera will prompt you 1st copy options, for example the risks, issues and thresholds, reports, documents, etc. if you need this you just leave them check but if not uncheck them, on the 2nd copy options it includes notebooks, WBS Milestones, WPs & Docs, Activities, etc. if you need the other just leave them check but dnt uncheck the activities since it is the one you will be copying, the 3rd copy options are the resources and role assignments, etc..just leave them if you need the relationships if not, ucheck them.
P.S. Just dnt forget to click ok after your done with the copy options.

why don't you copy the whole project?
display the project workspace, select the project, click copy, click paste; P6 will add a suffix to the initial project ID.
