I have a demand from client to reflect the weighted %age of each activity in my schedule.Is is possible to show it in Primavera? My schedule is neither cost loaded nor resource loaded.How can I reflect the Weightted %age against each activity? Regards

I did costumized my templates by exporting the baseline schedule model to an excel from P6, resources (cost or labor units) assigned in each activity. Using mathematical calculation, its makes easy to get the % age or weighted percentage in each activity or in other subgroup. Another thing, as long as you have a baseline plan now, you can make upadate your plan in P6 periodically (monthly or weekly) showing the column of schedule % complete.
