Hello All,

Please guide me as i am new to MSP...

1) I have Prepared the schedule and set the baseline and updated the schedule for 1 week.

Now i want to show the Schedule % Complete Column Against the Actual % Complete. But i cannot find the Schedule % Column.Where i can get it.

2) For Showing the Actual % complete which of the % complete can be used as there are 3 types (% complete,Work % complete,Physical % Complete).

3) Is it neccesary to add resources to your project to monitor the Project or it can be done without resource assignment also.

Thanks in advance

Hello Sir,

thanks for ur reply.

Ok Then is there a way to get the Planned % complete week wise for my project from MSP.

I have to show the week wise planned % of my project to my cleint one week before i start to monitor the project...
In P6 I used to change the data date(Week wise) and get the planned % complete for that week.So is there anything like this which can be done in MSP also.

The % Completes that MSP has are:

  • % Complet which is in actual fact % Duration
  • % Work Complete which may be unlinked from  % Complete
  • Physical % Complete which is a manually entered value.

For any other you will need to enter a formulae ina custom column.
