Im trying to create a more visual appealing resource usage line graph in excel. I have four projects open and resources (crews) working on various activities. I want to be able to export all of the data to a spreadsheet then create a lin graph. I was wondering if anyone can walk me through this? Thank you in advance.

I assume you are using P6?
I have done this before, I used copy & paste. There are two downside to this: first - you have to filter each resource as it won't copy if your showing all, second - you can't copy the entire time period but only the one shown by your screen.
There is also export to Excel (File Menu) but have not used it though.
Currently I'm also looking for the fastest & easiest way.
