Programme, S curve Manpower Histogram

I understand that upon approval of baseline, it seves as a contractual document.

How about S curve and Manpower histogram ? Does it constitute of a committment to comply with the manpower, equipment and performance aspect?

Does it work against us if the actual deviate too much from the planned ?

And does it relate to acceleration cost calculation etc?

Dear

There are two types of progress measurement a) Based on man days  b) Based on cost

 S curve is basically progress measurement , for that you have to load man days or cost in order to generate  S curve

Base line is a program plan that include man pwer plan, machine plan, and cost plan, it is basically for measuring deviation from actuals.

If there is deviation, next program is a recovery program with more productivity ( more resource and less time).

How ever the loading is purely depeds on the client consultant, or internal reporting need
