It’s not easy to find Relationship Lag in Primavera P6 project schedules. There aren’t really any features to highlight lag. But understanding how leads or lags are used on your project is an important part of really knowing your schedule. We need a process to root out any relationship lags in P6.
Here's a link to the tutorial if you are interested. https://www.planacademy.com/primavera-relationship-lag/

Or you could simply export all a projects relationships to Excel then run filters/pivot tables to find what you're after.
Hi Michael,
This is very useful...Thank u

Ron Winter Schedule Analyzer Logic League will make up for the missing relationship table available in more advanced software, will not be the same as if integrated within the software but better than nothing. By looking at Ron Winter description you will see what you might be missing by not having access to such table.

You will be able to filter for lag and much more. Among others the ability to toggle on and off links is something available in other software and is very useful.
Ironically this is information already available at P6, just that you do not have obvious access.
Maybe if enough P6 users ask for this feature it will eventually be available.
Hi
Acumen FUSE will cleanse your schedule and put the dummys in for you !
Useful indeed for picking up other folks plans.
Smart feature eh !
Hi Taha
By adding dummies you might end in more nr. of activities even for a small project

Mohammed,
My thoughts exactly! But if inherit a schedule from someone else, a subcontractor, a planner who has recently left his post, there's no guarantee that he/she adhered to the same good practices that you and I know. And building a filter to find lag in the Activities screen doesn't work. The tutorials shows how to build a simple report that will uncover any activity relationships with lags on them. Then, you can replace them with real activities.
Any other ideas on getting around lags?
Michael
Hi,Michael
you can using dummy activities instead of lags and this's better especially when using in claims
