I am using P6 and would like to find a way that I can see all Calendars used in a schedule without having to scroll through every activity.
Is there a quick and easy way to see what Calendars are used in the schedule?

The easiest way is to go to View > Group and Sort > Group by Calendar, then colapse the groups. (right click on the spreadhseet, and select "Collapse All")
Might be worth inserting the "Activity Count" column, so you can see how popular each calendar is

Surely there is a column that will show the calendar attached to the task.
There is in every other software that I know.
