I have a problem in P3 version:
I have a project that its activity duration type is hour, can I change the type to day and also I don't want to break the decimal part of duration beacause the date will change. how can change it?
Can I change the show of Duration to day (like p6 version)?

P3 does not allow to change the planninig unit (your "duration type") of a project
Click Tools, Project Utilities, Copy, select the project you want to change the planning unit
then give the NEW project another name or select another Windows folder
select the planning unit DAY for the new project, and click OK
P3 only changed the planning unit from HOUR to DAY, so you will now use a Global Change to change the values of the Original Duration field:
Click Tools, Global Change; then create a new global change where you will divide Original Duration by the number of hours per day in the project calendar
