Hi Guys & Gals,
I am in the process of ensuring my Baseline is robust enough for a delay analysis, adding missing logic links, removing constraints etc. I have removed a lot of 'As late as possible' constraints that had no Predecessor and linked them with the relevant lag to a Start milestone.
Problem is when i add the FS +lag to each activity the start date is the same, Duration is the same but the Finish date is always a day earlier, all calendars are the same so its not that.
Any ideas? I am using P7 by the way

Hi John
Your method of switching constraints with lead lags does not produce a dynamic critical path.
You have to ensure that when you delay a task all the successors must move accordingly.
This can only be done by using FS links exclusively.

Try to show the Date-Time in Dates columns, activities may have finish date in the morning and make sure the default calendar is the same as the calendars of your activities.
