Histograms and S Curves

Hi Guys,

I'm new to planning and was wondering if you could help me. How can I extract Manpower Histograms and S Curves from a P6 Schedule.

Hi Raymund,

You are all special to me, trust me.

I wanted to send her my final spreadsheet so she can check the formulas from there, it will be really difficult for me to explain the formulas on the spreadsheet.

Otherwise i will send everyone the steps in terms of importing information from P6 and exporting it to Excel,

I am also new on P6,

I have just printed my Histogram and S-curve for the 1st time, its easy but you need to know the steps, you can e-mail me: [email protected]

Hi Sabrina,

 

Best way is to export the manpower to excel (totals by period you need - week, month, etc) and then do them in Excell.

 

Other option is to use Ressource Usage profile and Spreadsheet  on top icon bar menu.
