Hi.
I just started here at Planning Planet and I need a big help. In my new job was asked me to develop a tasks for the co-workers at planning team. The planning work flow ideas for seniors and juniors planners. Ideas for report.
I am a planner for erection 2 new cement plants, in charge of the planning and control the planning of the subcontractors.
I never faced this type of task before. I always made time-schedule, WBS, etc. So, I need suggestions, ideas, books, articles or anything that can help me to do this task. Examples of reports of planning will help a lot also. If you need more information or details please let me know. Thank you all!
Ricardo, from Brazil.
P.S. Sorry the poor English.
