I have not try this in P6 yet, but It should work.
If you make a copy of your current schedule and by using global change you constrain all your activities to be completed as late as possible, then all your resources will be allocated to the latest possible date.
I do not believe purely on early and late curves tho, probability of an schedule is the most important subject to asses if the early and late curves are healthy...

Thanks,

Hi Paul,
If you can do this in P3 you can also do this in P6. The same steps but different approach.
You must create two baselines in one project.
1. Baseline (Early Planned)
2. Late Planned
After creating these two, assign them. The first one as Project Baseline and the second one as Primary.
Try this and I will tell you what to do next.
Regards,
Arnold
