I've used many project specified activity codes and recently our client had set up its own version of global activity codes with diff rent values, so they want us to clean up our activity coding system and use their coding. Is there any way that we could do it easily maybe by using a global change or something like that or we have to do it one by one for each activity?

Yes you can used global changes for this -sounds like a very straightforward one eg:
IF activity code1 = X
THEN activity code2 = Y
Alternatively you could group & sort by the activity codes, display the relevant activity code columns and just fill down
Either way I'd advise taking a copy of the programme before you start, just in case anything goes wrong.
