I rolled up all summary bars to level 3 and tried to move and adjust these summary bars but these summary bars dont move from their position. Why?
How to move these summary bars to the required position?
Please advise urgently.

Well if you are using wbs to summarise, mukunda has it right: Just go to project, wbs and you can change the heirachy, sequence, and colour scheme of the elements.
If instead you are summarising using one or more activity codes, you can do the same from enterprise, activity codes

I think Jeremy is talkning about moving summary bars up and/or down within the heirarchy not laterally along the date line.
In Asta you just drag and drop on the screen - how do you do it in P6?

I'd advise you to spend some time learning the software before deciding it is completely ****.
I find P6 easier to use than Asta, but that's just because I know it better.

In Asta, when you move summary bar, every thing moves underneath but P6 is completely **** software.......P6 is taking too much time in doing such things while Asta is time saving software.
Why companies like P6 is totally after thought? isnt?
The summary bars summarises the activities below it.
If you want to move the summary bars to different dates, move the activities they are summarising to different dates, and the summary bar will follow.
