Hi Arnold,

Way back at post # 2 you stated that you must create two baselines & attach to the project, these baselines are as follows;

1. Baseline (Early Planned) - Project Baseline

2. Late Planned - Users Primary Baseline (BL1)

I was kindly wondering how you are creating your late baseline?

Currently, I run a Global Change to match the start / finish dates to the late dates, but the only other way that I can think of getting the late dates is by assigning "As late as possible" constraints & scheduling accordingly...

Do you know of any settings that allows you to schedule the program based on the late dates, or do you know of a easier way that I may not know of?

Kind Regards

Hello Arnold,

Please I have a question concerning earn value. I have already set my my earn value programme, I only track man-hours.

Using P6 I was able to set up my layouts, but I could not get the field: To complete performance Index- Labour units, but there is To complete performance Index for cost.Is it that primavera does not have that field.

I will appreciate if you can help.

Thanks for your assistance so far.

Rgards,

Keme
