1. Describe the three types of baselines. Primary, secondary and tertiary baselines. These can be 3 previous updates or the primary can be a revised basleine and th eotehr 2 can be updated schedules
2. What the difference between primary and project baselines? The project baseline is the original unprogressed baseline schedule. The primary schedule can be an updated schedule. 
3. Lists 15 reports that can be generated using primavera P6? Detailed predecessor report, detailed successor report, float report, filtered by anything report, cost to complete report, cost this period report, earned value report, Early start varience report, early finish varience report, duration varience report, external relationship report, turn around report, cost account report, cash flow report, manpower report
4. What discussions usually go on in project update meetings? What were your responsibilities? Progress is discussed in terms of what is done and any work in progress and forecasting of remaing duration. Responsible for asking teh correct questions and recording the information to translate into the schedule. 
5. Programme management officer and project management officer what the difference ? Prohramme management officer is in charge of the ENTIRE program. Project manager offier may be in charge of an individual project or projects
6.  What is the use of excel in primavera p6? Importing and exporting information
7. What will you do to motivate whoever is responsible to get a project update from them? keep asking questions and thank them for their input and give them kudos when possible. 
8. What is the difference between continuous and interruptible scheduling. Continuous is when an activity can work without interuption from another trade or person. Interruptible is when an activity needs to be broken down into sepaerate activities so that can activity can start then stop then resume.

4. In project update meeting we disscuss on the progress og the activity, critical activity, resouce allocation, any stuck activity due to which progress may stop. information need to short out the problem to ensure the stuck activity

Primary baseline is that base line when the project just startred. ie initial base line. secondary baseline or itermidiate base line is that when there is some changes occours in the middle of the project and schedule differs from original base line. It may be due to some addition of activity or deletion of activity. same is the tertiary base line. These base are used for comparision of the base line.

2. after updating the activity or adding the activity you create a new base line (secondary or tertiary). now for comparing you may assign any of the base line (Primary, secondry, tertiary) that base line is the project base line.
