Lets assume you have parent WBS A and B,C as child WBS.
When you enter Spending Plan for B-80 and C-20, the values automatically get rolled upto Spending tally column in the parent WBS A.

ı also the same problem for P6 to determine spending plan tally. I mean, I do not know how ı will display spending plan tally.
