Variance

Hi,

Need help

Problem:

When I have frozen the baseline for the project and release all the constraints, I want to be able to see the variance between my finish milestone vs. finish baseline milestone.

The Finish variance in MSP show a negative number when I have a positive float to the finish milestone, How do you do?

Please help

Dan ,

if im not mistaken ,  there's no problem about that because     Finish Variance = Finish - Baseline Finish  so if your finish varience is in negative value , that mean you're project  ahead and can finish early  and it's  telly with your positive float value
