Creating ID

How to create Activity IDs according to WBS, can I use Global Change? and how?

1. Assign any IDs in the Activity then create a layout with a COLUMN showing the WBS and Activity ID side by side.

2. Do as Simon suggests.

3. Export to Excel the project and Merge WBS and Activity ID in a cell then replace the Activity ID with the merged cell.

4. Manually Type the Activity ID you want in every activity.

Hi Moutaz,

Yes you can combine the WBS with the Activity ID. You will need to initiate a global change using the following argument:

Where

Then

Activity ID = WBS & Activity ID
