How can I change dates from early start/finish to basline/target dates?

It's been a couple of years now that I have not used P3 but as I remember, add the baseline Project into the current Project then click the update baseline to copy all data you want to apply from current to baseline project.
If You are working with P6, Add the Baseline Project to your current Project using the Maintain Baseline. On the same window click the update then chose the data you want to apply from Current Project to Baseline Project.
