I received a program from the contractor which I reviewed and some comments were raised, according to those comments the contractor revised his program and sent it to me, when I tried to open the program I could not. The following message appeared:
Warning: Your view currency setting is different from the one used in the import file ('LYD Libyan Dinar'). Please select a view currency that has the same decimal symbol ',' and digit grouping symbol ' .'
1) Select Currencies from the Admin menu to find a matching currency.
2) Select User Preferences from the Edit menu and use the Currency tab to select a matching view currency.
3) Start the Import Wizard again.
I followed up what is written, however I could not open the file. Is there any one has an idea?
Regards,
Moutaz
Hi derrick blunden
It’s nice to know that you love reading articles that have kludge. But my dear let me advice something, please don’t make this platform an advertising window of your product, web site or some thing.
Hi aldeib
If your comments did not include the accounts, then you have two options. 1- Repeat the same without the program in your project port folio and import that again, it might do. 2- Return the program as "Reject" or "Not Approved" status, with the comments that "submit with the same account structure as before" this will compel the contractor’s planner to explain you what actually he did. If he doesn’t come to you and the problem persists, don’t hesitate in asking him to open his program in your computer.
I really love to read articles that have good information and ideas
