I tried "schedule Cracker" (www.schedulecracker.com) and it has all what you want. They offer DCMA, GAO, EVM, Comparison, analysis, and even trend. They offer it for Primavera. I communicated with them and they said that MS Project is coming soon. They offer 14 day free full functional trial. They told me that I can load any schedule size I want and it should be fine. Give it a try.

There are several Methods of comparing MSP schedules.
MSP 2000 introduced a new function titled Compare Project Versions which is activated by displaying the "Compare Project Versions" toolbar by selecting View, Toolbars. This will highlight changes between open projects.
If you have MSP 98, you may also cut and paste data into an Excel spread sheet and using the MSP "Unique ID" number you will be able to compare projects with deleted or added tasks using functions like VLOOKUP and dropdown filters. Or should you have good MS Access skills you may save the files in Access format and compare them with MS Access.
For completeness of this topic there are several software packages on the market for comparing project files. I have come accross the following:

Claim Digger http://www.primavera.com/products/claim_digger.html
Project Investigator http://www.primaplan.com
Ron Winters Schedule Analyzer http://www.ronwinterconsulting.com
But I think they all only work with Primavera schedules, I am sure someone else will correct me if I am incorrect.
