Unit and Duration percent will roll up automatically, schedule and physical wont. I will not suggest Duration % but go for Unit % if you can…. and if my memory serves me right there is some way around of rolling up the physical % as well.
yes i agree with you but my case is the schedule is not ahead. although at each individual activities the schedule % & actual % are indicating figures but when i group it & checked the grandtotal only the actual % showing 6% but schedule % still shows 0%.

If the baseline is not cost loaded then summary will show as zero.

Is there any setting to do with it?
example;
activity name; schedule %; actual %;
Procurement; 100%; 100%
Manufacture; 52%; 5%;
Delivery 0%; 0%
Grandtotal 0%; 6%
if you are ahead of baseline schedule then it may not roll out,
example baseline activity start date is 25-Sep-10
but you have start this activity on 25-Aug-10 means you will not able to see your sch.% progress, that will shows after 25-sep-10.
